1. Nature of Arbitration

AI PAX provides data-driven, empathetic arbitration frameworks. While Elya Vena generates unbiased treaty drafts and resolution protocols, the final implementation and legal binding of these frameworks remain at the discretion of the involved parties.

2. Neutrality & Data Integrity

Users agree that arbitration results are generated through a closed-loop neural network designed for total neutrality. Attempting to manipulate input swarms to produce biased outcomes is a violation of these terms.

3. Ethical Compliance

All use of AI PAX services must comply with the guidelines set forth by our independent Ethics Board. Our services may not be used for the engineering of strategic deception or tactical aggression.

4. Limitation of Liability

AI PAX Corp shall not be held liable for geopolitical shifts, economic fluctuations, or personal relationship outcomes resulting from the adoption or rejection of Elya Vena's proposed frameworks.
